This handmade blockprinted bedcover is a typical work from Tokat, Anatolia, Turkey. Tokat was one of the major block printing centers of Anatolia started with Armenian masters. This art is exoisting since the 16th century, it survives today on a limited scale in Tokat and Kastamonu.
