Teapot Set from Uzbekistan, IV Quarter 20th Century

From the middle to the end of the 20th century, this hand-painted tableware was part of the everyday culture of Uzbekistan. They were produced in porcelain kolkhozes, which all shut down with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the independence of the country. Referring to the textile tradition of the country Ikat and „Cottonrelated“ motives were preferred as decoration.

Teapot size: ca. 12 cm high, diameter 13 cm, sprayed by hand with stencils,

2 small tea bowls, around 6 cm diameter
IV quarter of the 20th century

Each teapot is slightly different, small traces of usage possible.
