Be advised that our terms & conditions are standardized legal conditions that are supplied by a German lawyer (Thomas Schwenke) – (via WooCommerce German Market Plugin) – to make our shop compliant to German law.

1.1. For the business relationship between International Wardrobe, Katharina Koppenwallner, Almstadtstrasse 50, 10119 Berlin(hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter “Customer”) subject to the following terms and conditions in their valid at the time the order is placed.
1.2. You can reach our customer service for questions and complaints via telefon at +49 (0)30 50177671 and via e-mail at info(at)internationalwardrobe.com 1.3. Consumers in the sense of these GTC shall mean any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed mostly neither commercial nor its independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
1.4. Differing conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless the seller agrees to them explicitly.
2. Offers and specifications
2.1. The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order is. Service descriptions in catalogs and on the websites of the seller do not have the character of a representation or warranty.

The seller then sends the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail to, in which the customer’s order is listed again and the customer can print using the “print” (order confirmation). 4. Prices and shipping costs

5. Delivery, product availability

7. Retention of title

8. Warranty for defects and warranty

8.2. A guarantee exists in the goods delivered by the seller only if it has been expressly stated. Customers will be informed of the guarantee terms before the initiation of the ordering process.
9.1. For a liability of the seller for damages without prejudice to the other legal conditions to entitlement are following disclaimers and limitations.
9.2. The seller has unlimited liability if the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence.
9.3. Furthermore, the seller is liable for the negligent breach of essential duties, which endangers the purpose of the contract, or for the violation of obligations, the fulfillment of which renders a correct execution of the contract and on whose fulfillment the customer regularly relies. In this case, however, the seller is liable only for the foreseeable, typical damage. The seller is not liable for the negligent breach other than those mentioned in the preceding sentences obligations.
9.4. The above limitations shall not apply to injury to life, limb and health, for a defect after assumption of a guarantee for the quality of the product and fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the product liability law remains unaffected.
9.5. As far as the seller’s liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and agents.
10. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen days of conclusion without the need for explanation. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In order to observe the deadline for cancellation it is sufficient to send notification stating that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation before expiry of the cancellation period. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments we received from you, including shipment charges (except for additional costs arising when you choose a way of delivery different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at least within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of withdrawal from this contract at our premises. We shall use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to pay the refund until the goods have been returned to us, or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods back, whichever comes first. You must ship back or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods within fourteen days.
End of advisory
11. Exclusions in Consequences of withdrawal. The cancellation right does not exist by delivery of goods which are made after customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs.
12. Return shipment

12.2. All return shipments are as prepaid package with keeping the deposit receipt. The seller will refund the postage costs for the customer if requested in advance, provided that these are not to be carriedby the buyer themselves.
12.3. Customers are asked to avoid damages or pollution of the product. The product should be sent back as far as possible in original packaging.
12.4 In this segemnt (No 12) of the terms and coditions to called modalities are not codition for the effective exercise of the cancellation right according to No 10 of theses terms and conditions.
13. Costs of returning shipment in case of withdrawal
13.1. Goods purchased in the International Wardrobe online shop are on a trial basis in the event that customer is a The customer shall have a right of withdrawalIf the customer is a private individual. If the cusomer is a consumer , he has to bear in case of the cancellation the regular costs of the return (see no 10 from these terms and conditions) – if the delivered product of the ordered ones corresponds and if the price of the thing to be send does not exceed an amount of 40 euros.
13.2. In any other case all return shipments will be at our expense.
14. Storage of contract
14.1. The customer can print out the text of the contract prior to the delivery of the order to the seller by using the print function of their browser in the last step of the order.
14.2. The seller also sends the customer an order confirmation with all order data to the email address provided by him. With the order confirmation, the customer receives also a copy of the Terms and Conditions, together with the right of cancellation and the instructions about shipping and delivery and payment.
15.1. The seller shall process personal data of the customer for appropriate purposes and according to statutory provisions.
15.2. The for the purpose of ordering goods specified personal information (such as name, email address, mailing address, payment data) are used by the seller for fulfillment and handling of the contract. These data will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery and payment procedures.
15.3. The customer has the right to obtain information free of charge about the personal data that have been stored by the seller about him. In addition, he has the right to correct inaccurate data, blocking and deletion of their personal data, insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain.
16. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Contract Language
16.1. Jurisdiction and place of performance is the location of the seller, if the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or public law special fund.
